Moshe Weizman Coaching ("we", "us") operates the website mosheweizman.com and the Weizman Way mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and message when you fill in the contact form. If you use the Weizman Way app, we may collect workout data, training metrics, and voice queries you submit to the AI coaching feature (AI Way). We do not collect payment information directly — any payments are handled by third-party processors.
How We Use Your Information
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. App data (workouts, runs, AI queries) is used to provide personalised coaching insights and improve the service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
AI Way Voice Feature
When you use the AI Way feature, your voice is transcribed using OpenAI Whisper and your question is processed by Anthropic Claude. Audio recordings are not stored after transcription. Anonymised query data may be used to improve response quality.
Data Storage
Website contact form submissions are stored in a secure Supabase database hosted in the EU. App training data is stored in Supabase with row-level security. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service.
Cookies
The website uses a single cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at tom.weiz@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
